The Mavin Records songstress Ayra Starr has returned with the release of her first single, “Rush.”

Ayra’s first single of 2022 is the Afro pop record “Rush,” in which the sensational artist employs her captivating melody and vocal dexterity for the catchy vocal chorus “E dey rush.”

The celestial being as she’s being monikered has become a sensation currently in the Nigerian music industry, with her intriguing talent and vocal genius in afrobeat.

Since bursting into the scene in early 2021,to the Nigerian music industry, the bloody Samaritan crooner has made a remarkable breakthrough in her career.

She was signed by Mavin Records and later signed an international music deal with Platoon Records, the young superstar has made a name for herself in a short period of time. With her stellar debut album “19 and Dangerous,” she was nominated for a Headies Best Next Rated Award.

Ayra Starr is currently dominating the Afrobeats scene.

This first single of the year has got fans excited with the great work. However, she released the song alongside a short video describing the song’s theme, which was shot by Bushboy.

She first teased the release of this track on her social media platforms on September 13th, 2022.

Ayra Starr and Mbryo wrote ‘Rush,’ which was produced by Henri Velasco and Andre Vibez, engineered by Louddaaa, and mixed/mastered by Johnny Drille.

“The Celestial Being” stated on social media that she took a break from music to “master my craft and learn about myself, God.”

Ayra Starr added, “Rush’ is really a description of where I am at the moment – a place of reflection, zeal and gratitude. E dey rush well well – all that I’ve dreamt of is happening and I’m in the middle of it all, living my dream and it can only get better.”
