Nigerian singer & songwriter, Femi Kuti eldest son of Afrobeat pioneer (Fela Kuti) premieres a new music video for the song “As We Struggle Everyday”.

As We Struggle Everyday” by Femi Kuti is taken from the album ‘Stop The Hate’ and available as part of Legacy + alongside Made Kuti’s ‘For(e)ward’, out now on Partisan Records.

To celebrate the double album release, Femi has shared a music video for ‘Stop The Hate’ highlight – “As We Struggle Everyday”. This new video is a follow up to ‘Pa Pa Pa‘.

Femi kuti speaks against corruption on “As We Struggle Everyday’. He explains how hard people work everyday to make ends meet, but still hail & vote the corrupt leaders during elections into power due to ignorance.

“As we struggle everyday
We try to find a better way
See these leaders wey suppose jail
Na him my people dem dey hail”

He concluded by assuring us Nigerians that we wield the power to better our lives.

“We people have the power
To make our lives get better”
