Lockdown: Delta State Governor relax lockdown in the state

Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa announce relax of lockdown in the state starting from Thursday 30th April 2020.
During one broadcast on Tuesday, the Governor explain the dusk-to-dawn (7pm to 6am) curfew that was put on April 15 will still continue.

“It is important to partially lift the ban on movement within the state to make our people do their economic business activitices between the hours of 6am to 7pm”.

“For this reason, from Thursday 30th April, these partial restriction on movement will take effect-with new set of specific guidelines that our security agencies will enforce so that all of us will be safe”.

Finally, concerning the rules for place of worship, The Governor say he will meet with religious leaders for the state tomorrow to discuss all the possible options.
But for now all religious crusades/conventions still remain ban till furth notice.
